Hi, I get this error on 4.6.2

The same function declared in common.inc was already there in bootstrap.inc ?

I think this module should be tested on installations having i18n (and possible taxonomy_ modules)

I agree. i18n and evaluation unfortunately don't seem very compatible at this moment.
