Using CCK field to search on and display "titles"

I have CCK field that I've created that is user facing 'title' for nodes that are created. The core Drupal Title field is being used for an internal use only 'title'. I was wondering then if it is possible to

1. On the Nodequeue admin search box to search by the CCK field and not the Title.
2. Display the CCK field instead of Drupal's Title field.
