Image content type always stored as English

Grum - November 26, 2008 - 20:44

Using module image-6.x-1.x-dev, there is no selector in the Image creation dialogue for the language. Since my site's default language is English, all added images have the language attribute of English.

Is there a way to specify Language neutral for Image types?

A quick and dirty bit of SQL would do as a short term workaround.

Problem fixed.

Admin -> Content types -> Image -> edit -> Workflow settings -> Multilingual support:
"Enabled, with translation".

The language dialogue is now available when creating or editing Image content. Setting an image to "Language neutral" allows it to be displayed in all languages (e.g. in a Random Image block).
