the following notices appear on every page once the user_karma 6.x module is enabled

* notice: Undefined offset: 0 in includes/menu.inc on line 449.
* notice: Undefined offset: 1 in includes/menu.inc on line 449.

This is probably due to an error in user_karma_menu().

error_reporting = E_ALL
