I have tried to use collapsiblock and jsfx modules.
but I could not get my block collapsed!

I do not know why it does not do the function properly?

Is it because of the own modules or your great theme? :)

Or are there anyway other modules which function like that?

The first thing to do would be to switch to a core theme and see if the collapsing blocks work there. If not its a module problem as most modules are developed to work on core themes.

So if I would like to know the reason about it, where should i ask? Here or the modules' support page?

In this issue queue is fine now that you are sure it isn't a module problem.

I would assume that this theme does not support the module you are trying to use. You will have to wait for someone who is using the module and this theme to answer, or the maintainer of the module. I don't know off hand what it takes to get the module to work with this theme as I don't use this theme.

@kilene: You should read the README.txt of collapsiblock. They give the guideline for how to make it work with custom theme. This is not an issue belongs to Multiflex-3, so I will close this issue :S
