I created a bookmark but I did not have a group created yet. This happens only when accessing the admin menu 'admin/build/bookmarks'. This is the error message displayed.

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ***** /includes/menu.inc on line 736

The error message went away once I created a group. Seems to work fine even with the error, so it seems something minor.

Tested on Drupal 6.6
If I can get a patch rolled out soon enough, will post it here.

This is due to an error introduced by the updated DHTML 6.x-3.2, see http://drupal.org/node/337596#comment-1158216
