Hi,
I was surfing and found the site http://www.xelera.se which is a Swedish company that offers a modified version of Drupal and marketing that as Xelera Drupal CMS.
Now I thought Drupal was using GPL license, and if so, doesn't that license say that anything you change/modify in the GPL code have to be shared with the community ?
I can't see on these web pages that they are sharing anything at all.
Sorry for all who can't read Swedish on their web pages.

If they distribute Xelera as a download then they are releasing/sharing their distribution/mods etc.
If they are offering a hosted website service which is powered by Xelera then they are probably thinking along the lines of http://buytaert.net/long-live-the-web-services-loophole.
