Designer and ajax programmer to complete the theme

We are looking for a designer and ajax programmer with drupal experience to complete the theme of our website.

The source code of our modules will be provided. We use a modified version of the "internet center" theme(http://drupal.org/project/internet_center) that we will also provide.
All calls should be done via Ajax.
1. Each node and comment has three scores associated with it: Community score, Administrator's score and User's own score if the user has already voted. Otherwise the user is able to vote with following values: -2, -1, +1, +2. The user also is able to change his own vote even if he has voted already.

3. For our tags module, add an edit button or link. When the user clicks this button/link, the standard taxonomy module tag edit box shows up and it's contents are filled with current tags. The user can then modify them and when a submit button is pressed, the changes are reflected immediately without reloading the page.

4. If a user clicks on a collapsed comment, it should be expanded via Ajax(http://drupal.org/node/210907).

5. There are a few links defined in our modules using hook_link() that need to call target urls via Ajax.

6. The watcher module(http://drupal.org/project/watcher) needs to be modified so that it outputs the "start/stop watching" link using hook_link().

We are offering $300. The price is negotiable. The deadline is the 5th of December.
