I installed it and expected a form for adding css to be on a 'create content' page, but there isn't...

fax8 commentedyou have to activate it from the admin/content/types/ settings. you will find an enable CSS editing checkbox.
This is documented on the INSTALL.txt

fax8 commentednot aware of anything like that. anyway it should be pretty straightforward to implement a module for JS if you base your code on the CSS module.

not_Dries_Buytaert commentedIf you installed the 'workflow' module (http://drupal.org/project/workflow), the "Enable CSS Editing." checkbox appears within the collapsed "Workflow settings" field group. Is this desired behavior?
