UI Suggestions

Issue Summary

This module is definitely very cool, but I'm finding it hard to use on a site with thousands of nodes, many of which have the same title. I mocked up a couple of quick concepts that I think might be easier to use - not knowing tinymce at all, I don't know if it would be possible to implement these, but I would love to see some ui changes.

Summary

1. The linktonode button should really appear in the existing add link box, similar to how imce adds itself to the links popup.
2. Merge the linktomenu and linktonode popups into a single popup, and have tabs to represent the different type of links
3. The ability to preview nodes in a new window before selecting them.
4. Results sortable by js (there's a nifty tablesorter plugin that might be useful for this. )
5. JS searchable results. An existing jquery plugin, Quicksearch would be a really useful tool for this.
6. Menu links should appear in a tree.
