custom direct donations

Description
It'd be nice if you could configure options for donations like having a drop down list(s) for donators to choose:
-User select (the admin option should access the roles to grab the list of site users from)
-taxonomy terms
I have a site that has a couple different sports teams and it'd be nice for the donator to designate what team their donation goes to and/or an individual player.
And then the reporting would have to be rigged to keep track of it. It'd be nice/ideal for each choice to go to a different Paypal account but that seems like a lot of work. If the reports kept track of it, the site admin could divvy it up at a chosen interval.
