Copy jquery.js , copy where exactly

Hello.
I'm installing Content Field Privacy so I'm installing jQuery Impromptu 5.x-1.0 with Query Update. 5.x-2.0
I'm getting this error message.......

"Please copy jQuery Copy jquery.js
In order for the jQuery Update module to work correctly, please copy the file at modules/jquery_update/misc/jquery.js and use it to replace misc/jquery.js."

I can find jquery.js because it clearly tells me where the source file is but "use it to replace misc/jquery.js" doesn't make sense.
Where is this?

The only "query.js" file I have is at modules/jquery_update/misc/jquery.js but I don't have another to overwrite or even another folder called misc anywhere else in my project.

Any Ideas?
