Ive updated yet again my recent patch for ecard...

What this path does:
- added "send own content" in access permissions which let users of a particular role only send content that they own
- added "Hide the send form when viewing ecard message" checkbox on admin/settings/ecard
- the ecard send form is only shown to users which have also the right to send them
- code cleanup, formatting the drupal way
hope this time my patch can flow into head

I just submitted this patch to 6.x-1.x-dev.
Really thanks for your work!
The features are working as far as I tested them. I will port them to D5 and add the translation files to D6. After this I make a new release of both versions.
