I also get Fatal error: Call to undefined function og_is_wiki_type() in /.../sites/all/modules/og/og_access.module on line 247 when I have the og_access module enabled too. This error does not appear when I turn off og_blueprints.

Any guidance in resolving these errors would be appreciated.
Running Drupal 5.12
OG 5-7.3 (says 3.1 but I know it's 5-7.3, and the sub-modules say 5-7.3)
At one point I had everything working before doing some drupal core and module upgrades.

PHP version is 5.2.6 if that makes a difference.

I seemed to have solved this problem. Somehow I had 2 versions of OG in my directory, and that was causing the havoc.
