Picky interface changes...

My usual picky fixes... 8-)

I think that the settings should just say "Quotes" like all the other modules. That's already under "Site Configuration" so we should not have to repeat that.

Also, the "Make author a link?" should not have a question mark. That's not a question, it is a statement.

(and notice that I did not even try to fix the location of the closing parenthesis which is wrong according to Drupal coding... so in other words, I'm not really that picky!)
