Panels fails to display all available menu items when using path node/%. Instead just 2 menu items are displayed. When I give the panel a static path, menus are displayed properly.

There seems to be a missing piece in panels_page_prepare_fallback_render().

The attached patch attempts to restore some of the lost functionality when bypassing _menu_translate().

@shiroitatsu (and/or @aleagi) - I need a LOT more detail about your environment before I can do anything to help with this. I don't even know what you're referring to by "all available menu items," given the unfortunate number of possible meanings 'menu' has in drupal.

@Ken - your menu patch snuck in with the other code I ported from the Palantir project. I'm probably going to rewrite it in part, as per our discussion, but it's in.

Panels 2 is no longer available and is unsupported. Marking all Panels 2 issues won't fix.
