I try using your module but still have site they can frame ALL my site. What shall I do about that?

That's a proxy site, not a frame. I don't know how a module would be able to prevent proxies with any real reliability. One way would be to keep a list of proxy user agent headers and deny requests or do a redirect of some sort in META tags, but that would be infinitely inconsistent and unreliable.
