Selectable Images [#340611]

I have no idea if anyone else might find this useful, but I'm going to try and figure it out for my own site.
I would love to see a way to select the type of image to display, as part of the settings. Even better, allow a choice of either the default image fed from Amazon, or be able to upload, and show your own.
The reason for the last one is that sometimes Amazon doesn't have the image to show, or might even have an incorrect one. I work with a lot of Authors, and they complain that Amazon sometimes shows an old copy of one of their book covers. Another benefit to the uploaded image is that you can use things like Lightbox to set up nice displays.
I'm new to using this module, so forgive me if I might not be noticing some of it's features.

I am also looking for a fix for this. A lot of books that we are dealing with dont have book covers, and for some reason when Amazon doesnt have an image, it returns a " instead. Does anyone know how to set up an option to upload a custom image to override the default one if necessary? Did you have any luck with this wxman? Is there anyone else who might be able to point me in the right direction? I will love you all forever and ever.
