I have an application that has about 50 active blocks. As I started to configure the blocks, other blocks started to change locations. For instance, a block I assigned to Content Top keeps switching to Content Bottom. And blocks assigned to None popped up in visible content areas. It seems like the pointers to the blocks are out of sync.

I've been having the same exact problem and I don't even have this module installed. Here's where I posted my problem:

Thanks for the warning. I will be careful about moving more than 1 block at a time, even with the block cache module uninstalled
