Loading the registration page in IE7 gives a javascript error and there is no warning message if the user tries to register with an unavailable username. Problem is only visible in IE7 and the module works great in Firefox 3 and IE6

Strange, it works fine in IE7 for me. Don't see any issues.

I can give you the link to my site for you to see if it works in your browser

URL: test.tipple.com/user/register
try to create a new user with the name "john macain" :-)
and see if you get an automatic notification that the user already exists.

I tried test.tipple.com/user/register. Site is inaccessible.
I tried test.tipplebox.com/user/register. Site offline, I was unable to check.

I tried to go to tipplebox.com/user/register in IE7 but there is no site, instead IE tried to download a file.

At the moment it is impossible to check this error on your site. Please, upgrade this module to 5.x-1.3 version or provide a detailed scenario.
