It would be nice improvement if there was a menu on each module olso on each node for admin and privilaged users

like on workspace module
site.com/drupal/workspace > add new item exist

for instance it would be nice on ;
site.com/drupal/aggregator

on top to see a small menu (maybe drop down?)
*ADD NEW ITEM |*CHANGE SETTINGS |*ADMINISTER

|*ADD NEW ITEM | > (linked to) site.com/drupal/aggregator/add/category
|*CHANGE SETTINGS | > (linked to) site.com/drupal/admin/settings/aggregator
|*ADMINISTER| > (linked to) site.com/drupal/admin/aggregator

Same menu could be exist on top of the each node when admin view
site.com/drupal/admin/node/1
|*ADD NEW ITEM | >image (linked to) site.com/drupal/add/image
|*ADD NEW ITEM | >page (linked to) site.com/drupal/add/page
etc.

same can be done on modules like this below
site.com/drupal/webform
site.com/drupal/taxonomy_dhtml
site.com/drupal/rsvp

I believe it could enrich the accessability
instead of admin going deep down to the Administer>Settings ro change or add new item.

ps: I hope the explanation and idea i try to put above is not confusing and understandable

It's been nearly a year and the author hasn't clarified. I don't understand the post either. Marking it as won't fix... Can always be changed if the author decides to add more info.
