Views/Panels Title reptag not working

Hi,
I try to set a reptag in the title of a view, title of a panel, title of a panel-pane, but the regtag is not replaced with the exact replacement text.
I installed the token-integration and want to use [arg1] reptag , but where I place it in a title within views/panels scope it is not replaced.
