I think a Role option to choose which roles can see Jquery menus would be good.
For example, I would like to see Jquery menu only for the administer, and not for users.

You can change it on a per block basis by editing the individual blocks. If you already know how to do this and really think there is a good argument for setting global permissions instead of just editing the blocks to make them role specific then please post an explanation here as to why that it is needed and I will consider adding in the permissions. My concern is it would add confusion unnecessarily since most people aren't going to be using more than one or two of these blocks and editing per block permissions is very easy. Hey, if I'm wrong and the masses want this then place your vote here.

You don't have to edit jquery-menu-blocks as long as you created the menus by yourself. It seems to be only necessary for the navigation-menu.
