Firstly, I think this is a great and promising module. Thank you.

It will be great if user can select all User Relationship at Facebook Status UR Recent Updates Block, or enable user to select multiple UR. Until the last dev version (to this post date), it only be able to let user to select one UR type.

Good idea, I'm surprised I didn't put this in before. I probably won't enable multiple-select but definitely all relationships.

That said, working on this module is low priority for me until December 19th. It's probably trivial to do what you're asking, but I'd say it's unlikely to happen for the next 2.5 weeks.

Should be fixed locally: it's now possible to choose more than one (including all) relationship types. Will try to get a new dev out later this week.

Yes, although I admit that I have not tested it thoroughly enough to tell you with confidence that you will not have any problems with it. Let me know if it doesn't work, obviously.
