Have you considered integrating with Mindmap's City Geo IP Locator database? http://www.maxmind.com/app/ip-location

You might be able to port the code from: http://drupal.org/project/ad_geoip

Anyway, I've been looking for a general City IP Geo Locator, and your module seems the closest.

Alsears, thanks for the suggestion. But I think it's paid one http://www.maxmind.com/app/city and we are using open source solution which is free.
