I am trying to install e-Commerce for my site www.volidaygreetings.com. I have the system working through entering the Customers shipping and billing address. I am having trouble getting the payment part to work. First and foremost, on the receipting module, I cannot set the default currency setting since the US Dollar does not display as an option, despite the fact that I have set the store location in the United States.

Help.

This is a real chick and the egg problem.

To get the list of currency types you need to enable a payment gateway. Then the list of currency will be built from the available payment gateways.

I have taken a look at all the messages which relate to this there is links and instructions telling you that you need to go to this url and then it tells you if there are no payment gateways installed that it needs these to get the available currencies.

I have PayPal, PayPal Pro and PayPal Express all loaded as payment gateways. And I do have currencies available in the drop down menu, just not United States dollars. Some configuration must be off, but I don't know where to go to fix anything. Can you help?

Thanks I have fixed this, the problem was that the list of valid currencies was imcomplete because of a language setting that caused cut to exit.
