After running update.php, a warning message is displayed: 

 warning: Missing argument 1 for contemplate_menu() ... contemplate.module on line 49.

$may_cache was deprecated from hook_menu in Drupal 6. See: http://drupal.org/node/114774

Fixed with the committal of fixes from #337872: undefined indices, coder style. No new release yet until other issues get sorted out (#345060: Schema patch for contemplate.install)..
