Hi - I've just installed the event module. I've enabled it and set it to the very top of the left column on my home page (view.rit.edu) but it doesn't seem to be showing up at all. I've already created an event. Anyone know what's up? I'm using the Trip theme. Thanks so much!

It seems like you did not set user permissions.
Goto administration/user permissions and give users 'access events' 'post events' etc. permissions.
It should work

You're right. I had forgotten to set 'access events'. I already set 'post events' and 'administer events' but overlooked the access part. Thank you!
