My team and I require a website to display the information for a real estate sales portfolio. The portfolio is for approximately 12 properties and both the property specific information, as well as the properties listed, are subject to change throughout the year so we are looking for a CMS.
Last years website can be viewed at www.land2008.com, our team's website can be viewed at www.aycre.com.
One key feature we would like retained in the website to be built is that we would like an simple informational landing page, followed by a detailed members only section. This is because we drive the majority of the traffic to the website through paid advertising and we like being able to track who is signing up and how they were referred.
We have been hosting our site at godaddy, and we already own the domain www.land2009.com, which we would like to use for this years website.
We would like to either enter the 2008 sales portfolio into the 2009 website in a secondary section, or 'copy and paste' the old website in its entirety into a section within the land2009 website so that people can see what was previously available.
We do not need someone to create new software for us, our main concern is reliability and ease of use. If the website looked like ours from last year, or one you have already done that is ok with us.
