views_rotator works fine in panels panes, but they do not show up inside of a mini-panel.

A mini-panel can be inserted into a panel. So in effect you have a panel in a panel. When you do this, views_rotator ceases to function.

I haven't tried to put this in a block, and put the block in a mini-pane, or a panel, but that *might* work... Not sure why wrapping a views-rotator in a block before putting it in a panel is any better than just putting the view directly in the panel pane... maybe this might be a insight to possible solution?
