Shiping options in drupal ecommerce

Hi
I am new to drupal. please suggest wheather following features are supported by drupal ecommerce...or can it be acheived by doing some customization?
1. Product/Category/catalog/Store based shipping
2.Unit, Weight based shipping
3. Special Handling charges or Additional Shipping Charges
4. Address verification service
