I've been searching for some help with creating a "Ask A Question" form but I am unable to fine anything that would be helpful to me.... I just need a simple form with - CAPTCHA, Name, Email Address, and Question. I would like the content to be emailed to a specified email address.

Does anyone have any suggestions. I could use the contact us form and customize it but will it give me what I need (CAPTCHA and no subject field)?
