I don't know if anyone is facing the same problem with your drupal site.

Anyway, I've currently been operating my site for about a few months already and its got up to 150 registered users and has about 800 plus nodes worth of content created on it.

My site has organic groups installed on it and there is one group which all my members are a part of. I periodically go to the main group to post content in there. Usually, when you save a post, the site will navigate you to the page to show you your created content. But in my case, after I save my post, I get a blank screen. So when I navigate back to my group page, my content has been created multiple times. Its as if my site had tried to save my post a couple of times.

The irritating part is that, my OG is setup such that my members recieve an email notification whenever a new post has been made to the group and they always get duplicated emails.

Has anyone encountered this problem before or have any ideas how I can resolve this?

I have just started experiencing this problem myself. I don't have OG groups. I am using a custom template file for creating the node. Did you ever discover what was causing this on your site?

I am creating the node title in my template file. The node title includes a timestamp. In the instance I just experienced.. I have 3 identical copies of the node with the same node title and the same create time?

Any suggestions?
