I just want to ask about Popups module,
this is very great module i think.... (Great Job to you guys)
I have trying to apply it to some link, not admin link,
I have reading the manual (Read Me) but still not working,
can you guide me step by step.

in my case, i want to apply it with comment link, in node, so if user clicking to comment link, it will call the modal window,

I did it by hacking the comment core module, which is not advisable. If there's a better way hope someone can comment on it...thanks

I use the ajax comment module (http://drupal.org/project/ajax_comments). It's not a popup but it's ajax... I like it...
