I have a fresh install of 5.12 and even after dropping my database and resintalling, it seems my comments module is missing, and I need it for othe rmodules to work. The comments module table is in the mysql database but the Drupal installationis not picking it up in the modules section.
I even tried placing the module in the sites/all/modules directory but it is stil not showing up.
What should I do?
