Editor is too wide, can't see all of it

I installed TinyMCE a couple months ago and am finally getting around to asking about this issue.

You can see my site here: www.joyfulpathhealing.com. As you can see, the center column is not very wide. When I use TinyMCE to create or edit nodes, the editor window itself is too wide - I can't see some of the text off to the right, nor the up and down scrollbar. A screenshot is attached.

I tried applying the patch here http://drupal.org/node/280675, but that didn't make a difference.
