how do I get audio to stream from inside a node?

I already have Jquery and CCK filefield modules installed to display and play flash video, which it does, although I cant seem to get the video to display player controls. What I don't know is how to best implement streaming audio, (probably mp3s), and with player controls embeded.
I think I will almost certainly need to download another module, but I would Ideally like to install something that would work well with the modules I have already.
Can someone pls advice.

I did see both of these, when I went to the modules page and did a n 'audio' and 'podcast' search. I also saw both of the modules you listed, but none of these are appropriate.
I'm currently looking at filefield podcaster module and working through a screencast tutorial. Maybe that will be what I'm looking for.
No player controls:
I found out watching this screencast that I need to download and install a 'flash player'.. Doh! I'm searching for a free and open source one now.
