Serious Filter Configuration Problem

Hi there,
I'm unable to configure most of the filters on the spam module. After going to the filters tab, the only options on the submenu (directly below the General, and Filter buttons) are:
* Overview
* Custom
* Duplicate
* Node age
However, I am completely unable to configure the URL filter at all, and I can't change the URL filtering options. There should be a tab for the URL filter, but this is apparently missing.

Looking at the code - just downloaded it - it seems that there is no code devoted to configuring the url filter module - it depends on the bayesian filter to find it's bad urls.
So I guess the question is - what do you need to configure for this?
