You can either download the theme from drupal, http://drupal.org/project/Themes?page=1 or you can download it from http://www.neerjasoftwares.com/appleweb-6.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz.

The download is now on the main list at page 4: http://drupal.org/project/Themes?page=4
The download does not appear on the project page at http://drupal.org/project/appleweb, something worth fixing because the page number in Themes?page= changes.
