This is what I keep seeing when I enable the UR API and UR-UI modules.

I reinstalled the module. And it seems to have fixed its self.

When reopening an issue pls change status back to active.

Are you seeing the exact same error message? Also please use the latest -dev or RC2 release.

I can't reproduce this using a current -dev release. There were references to user_relationships_ui.templates.inc way back when, but they have been removed a while ago. Please paste the messages you are seeing.
