[Panels 2] How do I show regular nodes in a panelpage?

Hi there,

somehow, my panel-page doesn't display any areas filled with regular nodes.
Only views of content are shown in panels.

I'm pretty familiar with Panels 1, but not with Panels 2. Anything I'm not getting?
