Great stuff, a nice widget you have created. :)
Attaching a screenshot of how it looks in Safari on mac when scrolling the embed options form - cursor in this case is not on the image preview, but elsewhere on the form. the page behind the popuup scrolls, but chews up part of the form as well.

Hmm that window is actually part of FCKeditor. I use Safari as my main browser and haven't had an issue. Do you know what version of Safari you are using?
