Add node teaser support

Issue Summary

I would like to add the node teaser as description meta tags, but there is not Token support for it.

This has been added internally to both the D5 and D6 versions of this module. Instead of using a Token, it can be exposed in the Dynamic Metatags section.

This is now in the BETA6 release.
