'View users' user reference should check 'Grant "view" node access to user'
'Manage users' user reference should check 'Grant "edit" node access to user'

I believe the way this module works, we will have to autofill one of the 'View users' reference fields with the author.

We should also make a role - VPS users, and the user reference fields should be limited to referencing users in that role.
