On register page with both login and register, only the login form responds to the unique check!

I used a panel to put the login form and register form on one page. When I type my name into the login form, the usercheck pops up, saying the name was taken. Yes but it's the login form. When I type my name into the register form, nothing happens.

Try typing in the username Miraploy. Forgot to mention that.

Fixed, try 6.x-1.3 or 5.x-1.3.
