After working on a fix for padded image tags it was brought to my attention (here) that this also removed the ability to define sizes (height/width) on PNG images.

I am releasing Version 1.3 of this module to address this issue. image tags may now have a defined height and width (BOTH must be defined for this to work) while also maintaining padding and not skewing the image.

In addition, padding may be applied to any background images as well and this version will attempt to imitate firefox's handling of this scenario by adding the padding to the margin style.
