How to add rss in sub page

I do not know what to call that. Whether it is a page or not but how can I add an rss feed that will also link to my blog. I have already an rss in front page and that will display only feeds from publish on frontpage. But how to add say in

http://www.sourcecodester.com/blog? = http://www.sourcecodester.com/blog/rss.xml

or

http://www.sourcecodester.com/visual-basic? = http://www.sourcecodester.com/visual-basic/rss.xml
