Both the contributed module image_attach and image_attach_block use the same function name 'image_attach_block', which means that if
both are present things go badly wrong. The reason why I'm reporting this as an issue in the image project is because this issue only appeared after upgrading to the newest stable release (1.9) of the image module, before this was not an issue.

Sorry, Image module is and always was superior. Too many users depend on its functionality, so we cannot remove that feature.
