when SWFUpload.module activated it totally disables the widgeditor (http://drupal.org/project/widgeditor) for body text area. - (it renders wyswig widgeditor toolbar invisible)

I presume a js's conflict with either/both modules

- I am not sure its the case with the other wyswig text area editors
