During the configuration process a site administrator might want to set up MLT blocks before realizing he has to run cron first; it might be better to show a warning message indicating Cron must be run before these settings can be changed.

apachesolr_mlt_get_fields() is now responsible for getting the list of "Fields for finding related content", and this seems to work even when Solr is unavailable.
